Edition Holding was founded by Azmi Al-Dabbagh, an entrepreneur and creative visionary whose journey began in the banking world with HSBC and CBI Bank, where he played a key role in building mortgage departments and financing real estate portfolios.
Driven by passion and foresight, he launched his own real estate firm in Dubai 2007, laying the foundation for what would become a broader platform of high-value property transactions, development advisory, and strategic investment.
Mr. Dabbagh later served as CEO of the Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohamed Al Maktoum Investment Group, leading major international government-backed projects across Asia and Africa in sectors including power, infrastructure, and real estate.
With over two decades of expertise, he has played an influential role in shaping landmark developments across the Middle East and emerging markets, combining business acumen with cultural insight and design sensibility.
Today, as co-founder of Toleo Group in Zanzibar and chairman of Edition Holding, he continues to build lifestyle-centered projects rooted in creativity, impact, and lasting value.
